Getting started

We begin with a free introductory call to see if working together feels like a good fit.

If we decide to continue, the first session explores your topic and defines a clear desired outcome.

From there, we move into ongoing sessions, where the work deepens.

Each session also has its own focus. This may connect to the bigger topic or something else that feels most important in the moment.

Sessions are a space to slow down, think deeply about what matters, and explore what’s going on beneath the surface.
I ask questions, reflect back what I notice, and support you in turning insight into action. ​
My practice
My practice is rooted in the Co-Active approach, which sees you as naturally creative, resourceful, and whole - and focuses on the whole you.

I work with presence, deep listening, and reflective questions to support awareness and clarity. I hold a space to be and invite you to play - to move, explore, and experiment.

From there, we focus on what emerges and what is ready to shift, balancing insight with meaningful action.​​​
The structure
Duration: Each session lasts 1 hour.
​
Setting: We can meet online or in person in Berlin. My space is in Friedrichshain, and I can also come to you.
Rhythm: Typically every two weeks to allow integration, though weekly or monthly is possible​​​​
