1. Services

I provide coaching services intended to support personal growth, clarity, and positive change. If you have a medical or psychological condition, it is appropriate to seek help from a qualified healthcare professional or psychotherapist. Coaching does not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

2. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results following coaching sessions or when using any content from this website.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. Due to the nature of coaching services, all sales are final, and refunds are not guaranteed.
 

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Sessions must be scheduled in advance. Please provide at least [24/48] hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed sessions may be charged in full.
 

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided are owned by Pia Simonsen and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without permission.
 

6. Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from the use of my website or coaching services.
 

7. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept any updated terms.
